BREAKOUT SESSIONS

  • Unearth he Power Within & the Courage to Pivot is an interactive, reflective conversation inviting women to redefine beauty from the inside out. Through guided journaling, embodied reflection, and real-life storytelling, Lisa Roszel of Impower Wellness leads participants to explore what they see in the mirror, what they believe others see in them, and how those narratives feel in their bodies. The session connects inner knowing, big dreams, and the courage to pivot—demonstrating how true confidence and alignment come from listening inward and honoring when it’s time to evolve. Women leave feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered to trust themselves, embrace change, and step into their next chapter with clarity and self-trust.

  • Breaking the Drama Triangle – Moving Above the Line

Balancing the demands of work, leadership, and family life can often leave women feeling stretched, reactive, and caught in patterns of over-responsibility, self-blame, or frustration both at work and at home. In these moments, it’s easy to fall into unproductive dynamics without even realizing it. During this interactive break-out session, Tessa will introduce two powerful frameworks: the Drama Triangle and Above/Below the Line thinking, to help participants recognize the patterns and shift toward more intentional, empowered ways of showing up.

Through relatable, real-life scenarios drawn from both the workplace and everyday life, participants will explore how roles like the over-functioning Rescuer, the self-critical Victim, or the frustrated Persecutor can quietly shape interactions, decision-making, and stress levels. More importantly, they’ll learn how to step out of these reactive cycles and move “Above the Line” into a mindset of ownership, curiosity, and choice. This highly interactive breakout session creates space for reflection, connection, and real-world application supporting women to navigate complexity with greater clarity, energy, and ease.

  • Leadership asks a lot of us—constant decision-making, problem-solving, and showing up for everyone around us. This breakout session offers a different kind of leadership tool: space to slow down.

Step outside for a guided nervous system reset designed to help you reconnect with clarity, creativity, and calm. Through simple nature-based practices like a mindful walk, quiet reflection, and nature journaling, we’ll explore how stepping out of “go mode” can actually strengthen focus, resilience, and capacity.

This is not about doing more—it’s about creating the conditions to lead well. Expect fresh air, practical reflection, and a chance to return to the rest of your day feeling more grounded and present.

  • COMING SOON

  • “Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always

comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” - Brené Brown

Oftentimes we can fall into the thinking patterns of feeling not enough and compare

ourselves to others in the areas of our lives where courage is calling to us (as

entrepreneurs, leaders, mothers, partners etc.) These feelings can be debilitating and

keep us from stepping into the vision we hold for ourselves.

In this session, based on the groundbreaking research featured in Brené Brown’s New

York Times #1 bestselling book Dare to Lead, we’ll explore the dance of how

vulnerability and courage play out in our own lives by examining the behavioural

patterns we lean into when feeling vulnerable.

Participants will walk away with greater awareness of how they protect themselves

when feeling vulnerable and share ideas of how to stand in courage where it matters

most in their life right now.
