Meet Jenn
Jenn DiRaddo Jefferson, the visionary Founder of The GLOW Collective, is dedicated to inspiring and connecting women in both leadership and business environments. With extensive experience in Human Resources and various management roles at renowned companies such as Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and Fairmont Hotels, she has also brought her expertise to the classroom as a teacher at George Brown College and has spoken passionately at universities across the globe.
Our Founder
Currently, she proudly co-owns five First Choice Haircutters salons located in Guelph alongside her sister, while also providing her valuable insight as a Human Resources Consultant for small businesses. Jenn's overarching goal is to share her knowledge and insights, while also learning from other incredible women, in order to cultivate a supportive community where they can collectively grow and inspire one another. The GLOW Collective is committed to fostering this meaningful experience for all members.
