GLOW Summit Session: Breaking the Drama Triangle – Moving Above the Line
Balancing the demands of work, leadership, and family life can often leave women feeling stretched, reactive, and caught in patterns of over-responsibility, self-blame, or frustration both at work and at home. In these moments, it’s easy to fall into unproductive dynamics without even realizing it. During this interactive break-out session, Tessa will introduce two powerful frameworks: the Drama Triangle and Above/Below the Line thinking, to help participants recognize the patterns and shift toward more intentional, empowered ways of showing up.
Through relatable, real-life scenarios drawn from both the workplace and everyday life, participants will explore how roles like the over-functioning Rescuer, the self-critical Victim, or the frustrated Persecutor can quietly shape interactions, decision-making, and stress levels. More importantly, they’ll learn how to step out of these reactive cycles and move “Above the Line” into a mindset of ownership, curiosity, and choice. This highly interactive breakout session creates space for reflection, connection, and real-world application supporting women to navigate complexity with greater clarity, energy, and ease.

Lisa Roszel is a Nurse Practitioner, founder of IMpower Wellness, and a trailblazer reshaping the worlds of medical aesthetics and holistic wellness from the heart of the Hallmark-movie town of Elora, Ontario. Guided by a restless spirit of curiosity, compassion, and courage, Lisa has built something uniquely human in an industry that too often prioritizes perfection over people.
With 20 years of nursing experience spanning ICU, emergency, primary care, northern nursing, and education, Lisa’s path began in acute care — but her calling evolved. Her own lived challenges and deep desire to make healthcare more inclusive, empowering, and body-positive inspired her to open IMpower Wellness — a Nurse Practitioner-led practice that treats people differently: collaboratively, respectfully, and with real heart.
From its inception in 2022, IMpower Wellness has stood on the values Lisa lives every day: Empowerment, Inclusivity, Connection, Wellness, Innovation, and even Humour. Here, beauty and wellness are not measured by unrealistic standards — they’re defined by each person’s own goals, stories, and confidence in themselves.
In just four short years, and with zero paid marketing, Lisa has grown IMpower Wellness entirely through word of mouth and exceptional outcomes. Her success isn’t built on fleeting trends — it’s built on trust, listening, and the deep relationships she forms with every person who walks through her doors.
Under her leadership, IMpower Wellness has grown into a flourishing community space where clients feel seen, supported, and celebrated — a place where medical aesthetic care is elevating confidence and wellness for all people, regardless of background or identity.
Lisa’s journey is a testament to what happens when expertise meets empathy, and when a woman dares to lead with purpose rather than perfection. Her story is not just about beauty and wellness — it’s about remaking an industry with grit, heart, and an unwavering belief in human worth.
